IHop at 8:30 am was an excellent budget-friendly option for breakfast. My server, Karen, provided the kind of service I appreciate. She was friendly without being overly so, attentive, and helpful. These qualities are becoming increasingly rare in the service industry. Karen’s disposition was the same for all the tables near me. If Karen isn’t at her top salary range she needs her raise. I’ll definitely return.
Second time this IHOP gave me the wrong order through DoorDash. The bag literally had someone else’s name on it. Now DoorDash is refusing to help because the receipt shows as a pickup order, and IHOP won’t answer the phone. So I paid for food I never received. Completely unacceptable.
Server Karen has always been delightful to my experience here. I have come here for years due to her service. Always attentive, she knows my order by heart. I feel like family at this establishment
