Ordered Mac and cheese bowl and received mash potatoe bowl. This happened to me twice. The mash potato bowl is full of cheese so it looks like Mac and cheese. Very disappointing. The service is horrible nobody pays attention at the drive thru.
Terrible customer service. On a cold, rainy day, I went in with my three-year-old son, who needed to use the restroom. We were both hungry. As we entered, the employee who waited on me was sitting at the outdoor tables with her cell phone in hand. She went behind the counter to assist me, and I asked if the restrooms were out of order; the employee replied that I had to make a purchase to gain access—which wasn't an issue, as my intention had always been to eat there. Food is good but poor customer service. Ordered at the drive thru and wanted to add something we forgot at the next window. Jamaican lady says “we can’t add it, don’t you see people waiting behind?” And overall had an unpleasant attitude. They act like they don’t want you there. KFC needs to vet who they give their franchises to. They will drive people away from your company.
