I have been a customer of Dunkin for over ten years I work in the city and in between going to conferences and meeting clients I would stop in grab a cold brew to give me an extra push for my long day at this Dunkin’ Donuts 2264 Broadway my co worker and my self stopped in to get a cold brew I also wanted a sourdough grilled cheese I opened my app received my points and paid , no problem other customers came in received their orders and left yet my grilled cheese wasn’t even started after wait
I had the worst experience at this store today, May 5, 2026. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. I placed a pre-order, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. I didn’t receive an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience. When my drink was finally made, no one offered me a straw. Truly one of the worst Dunkins in America, which is a shame because it’s a great location and recently installed. However, the service is maddeningly bad. On many occasions, I’ve seen 4 people stand around and produce no more than 1 drink every 3 minutes. There may be literally no other customers, and it can take several minutes to get an iced drink. I get it. It’s a thankless job, but you’d think you could at least pass the time a little better *doing any work at all*
