Walked inside the store while the employee was cleaning. Made me wait almost 5 minutes while he finished cleaning and came to the register like he was ready to take my order. I tried to order a coffee and employee tells me they’re closed. Also had a mobile order a month later where the employee made me wait until she finished serving everyone on the line before handing me the completed coffee behind the counter even when I told her I had a mobile order. People walking in after me got their item
I’m sure why this Dunkin has so many bad reviews. The employees are so nice, I just left and the young guy working there was so kind made my coffee just right.
Ordered on the app, I showed them the receipt, they refused to even look me in the face, they were extremely rude the whole time. I never got my food
