This place is terrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They hire people who don’t even understand basic English. You try to order something and they can’t understand you, then they tell you something back and you can barely understand them either. I told the lady to scan my app for a offer, and she kept repeating that my Dunkin card balance was low. I told her I was going to pay with my bank card and that I don’t use the Dunkin card, but she just kept repeating the same thing. In the end,
I Ordered the breakfast deal. The store had NO hashbrowns, the coffee was watered down, and then I get to my desk, and there's NO BACON on my COLD CROISSANT!
Has to be the worst Dunkin’ on the planet. Slow as can be. They don’t understand me, I don’t understand them. I’ve walked out of here without ordering more than once because of how slow they are here.
