the workers here act as if they cannot scan for or accept coupons. they're snarky and rude for no reason. i was charged once for an extra donut on purpose. another time there was a homeless person in the store high off of something and folding over one of the seats. do not bother with this location, it's disgusting and utter trash. never coming back again.
Came here on Thursday night at around 11:20 with my 2 sons. Walked in and noticed there was 1 employee helping a customer. For convenience we placed our order on their kiosk. My younger son had vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone, my older son ordered a Dunkin refresher mango pineapple flavor with lemonade, and I ordered an ice cream cone with the flavor chocolate peanut butter flavor. Horrible service! We came to purchase an ice cream and waited way too long, although there were three guys working and only one customer being helped in front of us. After waiting for quite a while, we asked if anyone there could help us. They all pretended to do something, after long wait again, one angry guy came and very angrily asked what we wanted, we ordered a cone with a scoop of ice cream.
