Summary: the worst. Cakes are not made on premises, over priced, lack of customer service and slow customer service. Stale donuts and crappy coffee. They have been a disappointment for years but continue to get worse and find new ways to disappoint customers and Canarsie. Fire the whole staff and bring in new management ASAP.
I was disappointed about the cake we purchased. I asked for them to write : Happy Birthday (+ the birthday boys name). The guy took the cake in the back and took some time writing on the cake. All to come back with “H B” on the cake and it was sloppy too. Check out the video and you tell me is this acceptable for your cake? Plus He said the color will be red - not Pink. Great customer service, happy with the amount of ice cream they give. Clean and well tidy, there’s this guy prolly in his late 19 Indian/Bengali very nice, and well behavedExtremely polite, and pays attention to what you want. The scoops are always scoop full, fantastic. Should give him a raise or something .
