Ordered a $42 birthday cake for pick up 48hrs ahead and they didn’t have it. they kept passing the buck onto the people who worked earlier why discussing amongst themselves what to do, the manager wasn’t even there and they had to call him and even then they didn’t know that to do, avoid this place if you don’t wanna be disappointed
Great ice cream
They lack of customer service and here's why. I went there last night around 9ish. I ordered 3 containers of ice cream. (Mind you, I had bags that I was holding). After the guy finishes giving me the container (second register by the ice cream), he expected me to grab em on which I did, to then tell me for ME to bring it to the first register. I'm there, that guys sees me, sees my bags that I holding to ask me if I need I bag. I said yes. Then he hands me the bag for ME to put the ice creams in
