I live in the area and today was my 1st time going there. I know.. Crazy, but the donuts were fresh, my kids liked the ice cream. The only issue we had, was the latte and ice coffee. They had a weird taste to it.. My daughter said hers had a salty taste to it. I did go back to the counter and they made new ones with no problem, which did come out way better.
If I could give zero stars, I will. It was my first visit to this baskin Robbin’s. The employee Ali is terrible. He made me wait more than 5 minutes to place and order and then gives me a nasty attitude. I cannot believe people can be so rude. Instead of being nice I waited so long. If you can’t do a customer service job go and work at a zoo with animals or in a morgue.
I went here looking for a half dozen of donuts and a warm drink, so I ordered and the man literally asked me how many donuts after I clearly told him a half dozen. Then I told him no Boston and he goes picking donuts, and picks the Boston. I told him to put it back, and he did angrily. Then another cashier came and took the money, and I get my hot chocolate. By the time I realized I got the wrong drink, it was too late. Like there was barely anyone in that place like how tf do u “get confused.”
