Small location, but staff doesn't get customer service or should this group work in food industry. I have given this location multiple chances. They ask my name the cashier laughs and mentions my name to the team in another language now I'm annoyed but have better things to do and deal with this ignorant individual. .I am waiting and waiting for a scheduled order I was handed coffee but not my meal. I waited then asked again 7 minutes later what is my order and order number. They found my meal
This dunkin really isn’t large enough or staffed enough to handle being at this location. If you order ahead online, they don’t put the orders out on the shelf, they keep them all behind the counter and you have to either wait for them to call them all out or flag down an employee to ask if yours is there. Be prepared to wait a while if you order on the app, this is is definitely not a quick stop before work.
The location is entirely too small to be where it is on Court Street. It’s also understaffed and poorly staffed. They ignore you when you speak to them and are rude. They are very slow. They aren’t operationally sound and lack all means of quality customer service. Why would my mobile order be ready and just sat behind the counter? Never sat on the mobile order rack and never called out. Just sitting there as I’m “waiting” for my order. There’s absolutely no point in ordering ahead on the mobil
