Completely got my order wrong, the cashier paid no attention to the order, he looked under the influence of something. Gave me the wrong order of coffee, and the one making the orders, she was just as bad. This has happened on many occasions and I will not be coming here anymore. The blackberry tangerine tasted diluted coolaid. Awful.
I ordered a 5.00 meal the hash browns med coffee and wake up wrap however when my son went to pick up my order he was told by the young man that worked there he cleaned the sandwich station and wasn't making my order he only gave him the ice coffee I went next door and was told the same thing I told him it was only 6:30 he said he doesn't care he wasn't making nothing I told him to call his manager his response was you do it that's your problem not mine I asked him again to call someone he said
Every time I come to this Dunkin', it’s a consistently good experience. The food is always made just how I ask, and the drinks are spot-on every time. The place is clean, which is always appreciated. I’ve seen some of the mixed reviews, and I get it...sometimes the staff might seem a little short on words. But that doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly. If you take a second to talk or even crack a joke, most times you’ll get a smile back. Not every day is going to be full of sunshine, for any of us..
