I placed an order through DoorDash I ordered two strawberry donuts, one large blue, raspberry colada, and one bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. I only received a bag of donuts. They even threw an extras, but I wanted The rest of the meal I paid for. To make things worse, these donuts are stale.
I placed a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived there was no staff available. I rang the bell by the pick up window for over 20 min to no response. The other times I have ordered from here it was fine but this was a horrible experience.
Worst Manager ever! Unwilling to modify the bread of a meal for a wrap bread (although productions costs of this modifications are much lower for the meal) and sarcastically and empowered tells you have a good day afterwards, while he loses his client. Well, I hope he has a good day today as well after this review: 7:58am on a Saturday and the restaurant still closed while he chills on a bench with his staff!! Around 30-40 clients lost in the meantime... Doesn't a manager has to carry the venue
