Love the vibe. Friendly people. The drinks are always hot, or extra ice depending on what I get. I like the donuts, stand out. Unique flavors. Everyone here is generally pretty nice and helpful. Service is always a 10. I'd recommend the place.
Legitimately below human grade. I genuinely, genuinely loathe this place - I visited it on and off for a long time because it was close to where I worked. Every time I've ordered coffee they've been rude, condescending and forgetful. Their service, their attitude, their product – trash. One time, I ordered a sweet coffee or whatever. They forgot about my order. 10 minutes later, they THEN tell me they "ran out" of ingredients, and served some bullshit which I did NOT order. No smile, no apolo
if i could give this dunkin a negative rate i would! the customer service is extremely horrible. i try giving this dunkin a try and failed all 3 times. today was the last straw, i order a bacon avocado toast and the bacon was cold. the employee said “you watched me make it” like yeah i did but how the hell was i going to know it was cold and uncooked?! i seen it come out the oven but that doesn’t mean i know if it’s fully cooked. i was on my break and when i got back to work i noticed it was unc
