East by West Omakase is newly opened Omakase in Midtown. My friend and I had such a great experience. Every course felt thoughtful and beautifully presented. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the balance of flavors was honestly one of the best omakase experiences I’ve had recently. One thing to mention. The chefs were friendly and attentive, and the whole atmosphere felt intimate and relaxing. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a special dinner or date night. Highly recommend if you love om
Really great omakase experience here! Such a hidden gem. We had 13 course only 68 which is a steal. All fish are really fresh and I enjoyed the uni, otoro and eel so much! Definitely recommend
Amazing value for the price! We had the $68 omakase with 13 pieces, and every bite was incredibly fresh. The fish quality exceeded my expectations, and each piece was thoughtfully seasoned instead of just plain sushi.
