Our friends found this place after walking 48th Street and being invited in. Our previous dinner plans had fallen through, so we happily met them here, and I'm glad we did. SUPERB, EXACTLY RIGHT We have been meaning to try this new restaurant for a while. The host is an older gentleman who looks like he stepped right off the streets of Italy. He is friendly and welcoming. This isn't a place you can or would want to rush through a meal in a New York minute. All the food was made on the spot.
