Had such a great time at Eckhart Beer Co! The food was honestly delicious. I tried the crispy pork belly, cucumber salad, smoked marinated olives, and the brat, and every single thing was flavorful and well done. The beer flight was also really tasty and a great way to try a variety of their brews. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the brewery tour. The exterior of the building is typcial of the post industrial buildings in Bushwick but don't let appearances fool you. The interior is reminiscent of a Bavarian beer garden. The egg & sausage sandwich served was great as was the beer. They had recently replaced the Czech dark lager with their rendition of Altbier and I was quite satisfied by the fruity, malty taste. I would like to thank Daniel for the fine service as well.
This place is top notch. The pilsners were delicious. The Heles lager is a must have. The menu was well put togather with the beets salad being incredible and probably my favorite ever beet dish.There is mortadella that melts in your mouth. This brewery was a great stop.
