The food was pretty good, except for the price. For how much the sopes and tacos were, it was very small. The steak was presented nice but they gave 2 squeezes of mashed potatoes and tasted of bacon grease, we told 2 different servers and nothing was done. The sopes were 6/10, steak tacos 7/10. Lobster was ok. The watermelon margarita was on the money, 10/10. Our waiter was not welcoming at all, very apathetic, most of the service was like this, some were standing around. The decor is EXCEPTIONAL all of the walls are covered with Mexican art. They have a Mechanical Bull that you can ride. Their appetizer platter can feed 6 people. The TULUM plate was very tasty it had grilled Octopus, shrimp & calamari w/ a side of yuca fries ... It's a GREAT PLACE to have a Birthday Celebration.... Thank You VIVA TORO 4 the PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE....
With friends and family time it’s a good place to spend!! I would say overall positive experience with them. All the staff are friendly here and serving us with smiling face that was important. Thanks
