Today had a horrific experience at this restaurant El Nuevo caridad . I ordered baked chicken with beans and a salad, but when I started eating, I was disgusted to find a bug in my food. I immediately called the restaurant and asked to speak to a supervisor. He apologized and offered to send me a new order, but I was too sick to my stomach after seeing the bug. I asked for a refund instead, which he provided. I returned the remaining food, bug and all. Needless to say, I do not recommend this r
Most of the workers barley know English which is why I’m rating a 3. Very hard to explain what you want if you do not have or see someone who speaks both languages (English and Spanish) but I came for the lunch special . Great price and great food . The rice and the chicken were very good .
Back in the day, this place used to be a very good location to go eat these days. Since COVID, this place has fell off the rails. It's not a 100%, the best, but it's not a 100%, the worse either it kind of just sits right in the middle, it's a hit-or-miss type of spot anymore.
