This Dominican spot on Staten Island is an absolute hidden gem! The food is delicious and authentic, and the staff is just as incredible friendly, welcoming, and always making you feel at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Dominican cuisine! My family used to own the spot for 30 years as a pizza shop coming back feels just as home now as it did in the past thank you all for making me feel at home.
I ordered Combo #1 whole chicken, but what I received was two drumsticks and four thighs. That is not what I ordered ;I asked for a whole chicken. According to the receipt, I ordered a Sprite and a Pepsi. Instead, the lady gave me a different brand of soda that I had never seen before. The sodas were packaged and stapled shut; I never actually got to see them when I went to pick up the order. I even asked the lady if everything was in order, and she told me that it was, so I left. We received menus in the mailroom of our apartment building for El Tablon around the time they were opening. Out of curiosity, my boyfriend and I decided to see if it was worth checking out.
