Horrible service. I went there about 3-4 times. Fish is cold, food is ok at best. I've been trying to give this place a shot on Multiple occasions. Eveytime it just keeps getting worse. The people there don't know what to charge. The final straw was that I had to wait for someone that came from outside after about a good 7minutes to give me the price. Ridiculous don't know how there still in business. I'm sorry to say but if this place gets good reviews it gotta be people who didn't grow up in
I usually order from the one on 9th street in Brooklyn but today they were closed and decided to order my usual from this one. Rotisserie chicken, rice and beans, tostones and soda. I was extremely disappointed. Chicken tasted nothing like the one from El viejo Yayo 2. It was extremely dried and tasteless. I will not order from here again. I
Ordered here and they kept saying 2 minutes… i asked again and they said thats what the kitchen said, its not their problem… after 15 minutes… more communication with the chef is important for customer service.. the wait does not matter, being more precise does.
