We loved our dinner here. The room is brightly lit and warm. The service is top notch... incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Lots of vegan options. The rib steak fajita is amazing! As is the guacamole with the salsa flight!!! Everything was delicious. Looking forward to going back for sure!
Empellón was fantastic, and I would absolutely come back. We came in for an early dinner on a Friday and had a truly wonderful meal from start to finish. We started with the guacamole with 7 salsas, which came highly recommended — and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This is a must-order. The guacamole itself is incredibly fresh and well seasoned, and the range of salsas — from the mid-level spice like the salsa verde all the way to the spiciest options — are all worth trying.
