🥐 Fabrique Bakery on 14th is such a cozy little gem ✨ The exposed brick inside gives it the cutest warm vibe, and there are a few indoor seats if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastry ☕️ I had the maple pecan bun and it was DELICIOUS 🤎🍁 The flavors were so rich and comforting. I honestly would’ve loved it even more warmed up, but it was still super fresh and tasty. Perfect spot for a slow morning, quick coffee stop, or pastry run in the city 🥐 Definitely adding this to my go-to
On the hunt for the best cardamom bun in NYC, I’d skip this one. We went around noon on a Friday. There was no line. Our bun was dry and not very flavorful. However, my wife enjoyed their cold brew.
I ordered the cardamom bun. It had a lovely texture, but the cardamom flavor was pretty subtle. Warning: the seating is limited and it definitely gets crowded. Sometimes you can squeeze in on the bench, but you won’t have a table.
