Absolutely amazing bakery experience at Fabrique Bakery. The pastries were fresh, buttery, and full of flavor. The cardamom bun definitely lived up to the hype — soft, perfectly balanced, and one of the best I’ve had. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient even during busy hours. A perfect stop for coffee and authentic Scandinavian pastries in Midtown Manhattan. Highly recommend!
My first time here and I highly recommend. I had the sesame egg roll, Swedish chocolate ball, and an americano. I was a little surprised with the Swedish chocolate ball i believe it has Oats inside! Overall good experience and the cashier was lovely 😍. I have my coffee ☕ black and this is good coffee!
Tried the brown sugar walnut bun and saffron bun — both amazing! The walnut one was perfectly sweet and crunchy, and the saffron bun was super soft and fragrant. Love the cozy vibe and friendly staff. Great spot for a pastry and coffee break!
