I booked this for my wife and daughter to celebrate her birthday. They upgraded them to a city view and brought treats to the room to make her stay feel extra special. I had to book two separate reservations, and the staff combined them for a seamless experience. They enjoyed the breakfast and my daughter said it was one of the most comfortable beds she has slept in. Times Square location was great for them to walk around to take in some sights. Can't beat the location of this hotel. Very walkable to Time Square, various dining options, Broadway and conveniently located near subway/bus station. The staff were friendly, especially Teresa Cruz for the breakfast service. She always greeted us with a smile and even recognized us the 2nd day. The breakfast options were fine, different sausage options, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, various cereals, juices and bagels/toast. I personally would've liked some variety day to day but overall can't
Comfortable. Clean. Friendly service. Decent location. Spacious. Felt safe. Room was comfortable with two queen beds. I would recommend staying here. Didn’t try the free breakfast though because that’s not our style. Otherwise, everything was great.
