Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze- the welcome bags and cookies were a nice touch too. Breakfast was simple- typical breakfast staples, but I like the variety of options and nothing was nasty. The bed was a little bit too hard, but not to the point of being too uncomfortable. Perfect location. Overall good experience and Marriott standards definitely upheld. Would stay again.
This hotel had great value for staying in Manhattan. Centrally located we were able to walk to subway station easily and hop on trains that took us all over the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and had many options. Kosher options as well. Clean updated room in a private quarter on high floor. Best party was that we saw the empire state building from our window instead of a dreary wall of another building. Highly recommend!
This was a great stay and very walkable to main attractions. The rooms were neat and clean. A minor issue with the sink upon check-in was fixed very quickly, so an A+ for service. The staff is amazing and very friendly/welcoming. The breakfast was always well-stocked and had more options (cold and hot) than anticipated. Would highly recommend staying here!
