Very nice to meet Sonia. She was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the falafel sandwich with the jalapeño and cilantro sauce. I was able to sub some of vinegar items with arugula and parsley. She also added hummus. The french fries were good, bit could have been better if they were crispy. I definitely would recommend and return in the future when I visit this part of New York.
Falafel sandwich: the pita was delicious and very interesting. There were two textures: a soft side and a toastier side with small char spots. The hummus was flavorful. The falafel had very little flavor (spices) on its own. I’m glad it was served with a fork. I had to eat some of the salad off the top before picking up the sandwich. The service at the counter was friendly. The area in front of the shop smelled like frying oil.
Ive been here a few times and its delicious and fresh eveytime. Wow. The mint lemonade 👌 was so tasty that my friend went in and ordered one after she trued mine. Ive never had a vegan kibbah. So light and delicious 😋. Outrageous, that's how good. The hummus tastes devine. Soft pita. The falafel bowl with eggplant and sabrich is outstanding. The falafel is fresh and soft. The eggplant sweet. Nothing greasy. The halva is soft and fresh. The Pistachio crunch gold dusted falafel donugut is 😋 y
