Had a fantastic experience at DaZhaiMen. This is one of the best Sichuan restaurants I’ve been to in a long time — the chili oil was incredibly authentic and full of flavor. The pig trotter soup was honestly the best I’ve had recently. The portions are also very generous, especially for the price, so the value is excellent. On top of that, Sam and Shawn provided great service throughout the meal — very attentive and friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back to for authentic Sichuan food in NYC
Came here recently and had a pretty pleasant dining experience overall. The space is nicely designed with a cozy, slightly upscale atmosphere — great for a casual dinner or catching up with friends. Service was attentive and smooth throughout the meal. We ordered a few dishes to share. The braised eggplant stood out the most — very flavorful and well balanced, definitely something I’d order again. They also offer tea service at the end, which was a nice touch and added to the dining experienc
Fan Szechuan Restaurant & Bar is a fantastic find on the Lower East Side! Authentic, bold Szechuan flavors in a sleek, modern space with great service.🔥 The sweet and sour crispy jumbo prawns are my absolute favorite — huge, perfectly crunchy, succulent, and tossed in the most addictive tangy-sweet sauce. Could eat them every visit!❤️ Other dishes we tried were spot-on, spicy and flavorful. Attentive staff and cool bar vibe too. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend! 🌶️🍤
