My friends and I had dinner here before seeing a show at Radio City, and it was absolutely lovely. Now, I don’t think we were exactly a common demographic there, as in we don’t have business dinners or wear suits or dabble in the stock market in a I-made-out-great-in-2008 kind of way, but nonetheless, we felt super welcome and had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious! The appetizers were reminiscent of a recent trip to Aska, and the portions were excellent.
The servers are the best in the city. Punctual, warm, and highly professional, the team at Fasano on 49th Street sets the standard for hospitality in New York. The food is absolutely delicious, with the branzino and steak standing out as must-order dishes, both executed with real precision and care. And do not leave without trying the pistachio dessert. It is out of this world, a perfect finish to an already outstanding meal. Fasano is the full package.
Feels like a supper club / steakhouse feel. Service is exceptional with front/back waiters. Definitely a good place for work meals (conviently located near JPMC headquarters). Portions on the smaller side but excellent. My osso bucco came with risotto that was one of the best I've had.
