This place is such a hidden gem. They have an open kitchen concept where you can watch desserts and pastries being freshly prepared. All the staff here are warm and friendly, we were immediately greeted upon arrival. While all of the pastries were flakey, delectable, and warm - I want to specifically shoutout the blueberry poptart! There is drip coffee, matcha, and hojicha! My sister got the iced ube foam coffee, and I got the adobo honey! Both were good, but we have sweet tooths so it was nice
Don't let the name fool you. This is indeed an AUTHENTIC FILIPINO bakery and I was blown away when I walked in the first time. I've been back 3 times already and my excitement persists with each visit. VIBE The bakery is adorably named after their two dogs, Fern and Aurora. This is a small neighborhood bakery located right next the the railroad tracks. It has a small parking lot behind it. The prices are on the high side. The croissant was flaky and airy but not at $5. The Basque cheese cake was creamy but had an almond extract taste. It was quite heavy and stuck to the parchment paper. The calamansi tart was good but not tart enough for me.
