I’m a long time five guys customer, always aim to try it in any new city I go but this by far has been the worst branch experience - Everything is visibly dirty and the trash just hanging by the entrance - Food smelled off and the fries were burned and saggy. - The lady at the cashier barely spoke a word, no greetings just coldness
I have tried this hamburger both in USA and England, it was an ok burger until today. The hamburger felt like a McDonald’s. The fries are still ok, fresh and good. The milk shake was ok too. The cashier was rude and careless. He didn’t even bother to speak, everything was on signs. He took out the trash and hit every customer on his way, he even drop a table on a customer. Disappointed of the service.
Paul the manager was nice, friendly and catered to my hungry needs! One of the best , if not THE best 5 guys location I’ve ever been to.
