Maybe not the most exciting, but 5/5 stars for having lots of places to sit during rain on our visit. Came shortly after opening and it was super empty. Friendly staff and food came out relatively quickly. Burger was good, and as always there was too many fries (maybe a good problem) We didn’t use it, but did see that there is a bathroom in the back.
3.75 This location is near Rockefeller Ctr area. Seating available. Order at the counter and wait for them to call number. Had a hamburger (2 patties) "all the way" which has 8 toppings as listed; would have preferred more of each. Asked for jalapenos but I think the cashier didn't hear or they weren't added on. Was good, not a greasy burger. You can also customize with toppings of choice- toppings are free. Large fries were enough for 3; crispy, usually ask for unsalted but forgot -not very an
They got my girlfriend’s burger order completely wrong even though we ordered to pick up. Fries were soft and limp. Way overpriced. I’m sad because five guys used to be such a special place 10 years ago. Now they just make bland burgers that cost $15 each. You could get a better burger at McDonalds for 1/10th the price. Makes you think. Also I hate how they wrap their burgers in tin foil to go. The result is just an incredibly soggy bun , it’s super unpleasant.
