I’d been craving soufflé pancakes ever since our trip to Japan, and I was so happy to stumble upon Flippers. Their pancakes are just like the ones I had there, light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the show? The truffle fries. I could eat those all day! The vibe is bright and cheerful, and the service is great. A perfect spot when you’re in the mood for something fun, tasty, and satisfying.
Visited this place today for brunch. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Just a heads up, they will only seat you once your entire party has arrived - which I believe is a great initiative. We ordered the fresh fruit pancake (one from their soufflé specialty) and strawberry banana pancake (regular buttermilk). Both of them were delicious. Join the wait-list or reserve a table before you go! We went midday and it was almost an hour before we got seated. The food was delicious but they serve as your items come out rather than as a whole so your eggs get cold before you even get your pancakes. Fresh fruit souffle pancake was super delicious and pillow soft, but very eggy if you aren't prepared! Maple whipped cream is so delicate and light and the passionfruit green tea was refreshing.
