I walked in and went straight to the bar and 2 male employees ignored me, so I sat down at a table to wait for a server. That never came either so back to the bar. Both men are gone but a nice woman finally took my order. I had a precarious flight of drinks and had no help to my table. I was not checked on after that. I also heard a group complaining that their food hadn't been out for an hour and the venue was not busy. Atmosphere is very nice, dark and loungey, but I don't think the service me
If you like Champagne this place has options. For Champagne lovers, you won’t find much of interest here - it’s a lot of Big Houses brut non-vintage. And while the staff was kind they were not very helpful in recommending Champagne. I asked for recommendations for growers champagne and the first person didn’t know what that was and got the more experienced person, who then recommended Ruinart and Drappier. A bit disappointing for all the hype I heard about this place.
