We had a large order overall but I personally ordered jerk chicken Rasta pasta, jerk chicken, chicken roti, and fried snapper. The best option was the chicken roti and everything else was basic. The rice, cabbage, and pasta were under-seasoned. The fish was overly fishy as if it was bad.
This location is an absolute disgrace to the Footprints brand! I ordered two oxtail flatbreads, one oxtail entrée, and a curried goat entrée, both served with pasta. First off, the oxtail on the flatbread was so hard and chewy that we simply had to throw it out—absolutely horrible. The pasta tasted nothing like the signature Footprints Rasta Pasta. I am not the type to leave reviews but this one was needed Bought food from the Utica Location via uber eats and the food was terrible Ordered oxtail rasta pasta and shrimp rasta pasta food was good Also ordered carrot juice and whatever milk or contents used was spoiled or rancid . This happened to me the first time I ordered from this location and I didnt learn. I also ordered Bread pudding and there was mold. Please do not order from this location. You will get sick.
