My friends and I really enjoyed our dining experience at Forma Pasta Factory. I got the gemelli pesto that includes cherry tomatoes. My friends got the mafaldine scampi and fettuccine funghi. All three dishes tasted amazing and were the same cost at $14 each. The mafaldine pasta had a great texture and powerful shrimp taste. We also got complimentary focaccia bread that was soft and buttery. The restaurant is self-serve in that you order at the front and then grab your food to bring to your tabl
Enjoyed this place very much and came away super impressed. The seafood pasta is on par with the seafood pasta I enjoyed in Italy when I lived there for six months. It’s different in the sense that the preparations here experiment with more ingredients versus the simpler Italian preparations. That’s a stylistic difference that’s neither better nor worse. But the quality is as good, which amazes me. Also, they did a great job designing the outdoor seating so that it feels welcoming and pleasant.
The food is delicious here. It’s very fast paced. Next time I go I would like to take my time looking at the menu. I did feel rushed to order. The portions size was just enough. The atmosphere is super cute, especially the outdoor seating area. Been here twice already, and definitely will be back.
