The appetizer were amazing. The ragu had a very strong flavor, so much so that I couldn’t finish it. The carbonara was good, and I also tried the agnolotti, which I liked, but I could only eat a few pieces. The cacio e pepe was good as well. There is a 22% service fee. Not my favorite Italian place in the city, I think it to expensive.
What a lovely quaint, small Italian place. We found this place by mistake, and I’m so happy we did! Jacob, who is the owner is attentive and super accommodating and also very knowledgeable. The bartender was great. Wine was delicious and the food was absolutely divine. The pasta with tomatoe sauce was 💥 the peas salad insane and the tiramisu was so so delicious. A gem and we would be back!
Unfortunately would never recommend this restaurant. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, despite the best efforts of the staff. We were seated in the annex, which was stifling hot and smelled strongly of paint. We were also seated next to the server station, where the server loudly dumped silverware into a bucket every other minute. We were thankfully able to move to the other room upon request.
