I walked past this shop, checked the menu, and skimmed through some reviews and right away, the spicy beef noodle soup caught my eye. We ordered a few item. The braised beef, tendon, tripe noodle soup was ok, the tendon was braised well, quite tasty but the beef and tripe were a bit bland. The Taiwanese fried pork chop was interesting. The outer layer was grainy which took some getting used to but the inside was a nice sweet caramelized flavor.
