  Took my husband to NY for his birthday and was not disappointed in the slightest by our choice of hotel! Ideally located with easy access to subways and time square. The whole team was pleasant and went above and beyond for us! Luggage storage for check in so we didn’t have to cart our suitcases around New York, a card and a special happy birthday banner for my husband in our room, and overall pleasantness was amazing! We felt safe and appreciated and very much enjoyed our stay!! Thank you Four

  Despite how hectic it has been outside the employees tried to make us feel comfortable and were very attentive, polite and kind. Giving Joey (?) a big shoutout and we appreciated his work ethic, we even saw him outside his job and he was still polite and greeted us with kindness, he deserves a raise for going above and beyond.   Stayed here Memorial Day weekend with my daughter and her friends. Really impressed by the genuine warmth and hospitality of this place - rare for New York City. One of the kids in my group forgot their iPad Pro in the room while checking out, the staff not only held on to it but also emailed me to make arrangements for its return.
