LOVED this spot! While Fuyu Ramen’s name means “Winter Ramen” in Japanese, there are several dishes suited for the summer and the comprehensive menu includes far more than ramen (including rice dishes and many izakaya-style appetizers). My favorites are the Tako Wasabi and the Takoyaki. If I were to go back again, I'd just order those dishes and a nice cold canned Asahi.
Hidden gem. My go to? Spicy Miso… up there with some of the best ramen I’ve had in Japan. Get yourself a bowl. Other recs: sweet potato fries, wings, and pork belly 🤝🏽Great people too.
Loved the Kimchi, spicy miso ramen, soft shell crab bun, and fried oysters. Really attentive service and excellent food!
