I chose to visit GAIA because I remember GAIA from London where I had an excellent experience. It is important to mention that this is a completely different restaurant that only shares the same name. From the beginning, the experience had several downsides. When the hostess took us to our table, we were immediately told that we had 90 minutes to finish our dinner. I really wanted to love this place because the ambiance is absolutely stunning. Gaia delivers a true Mediterranean escape with the decor, lighting, music, and energy are easily a 10/10.
