The Galaxy Diner has an extensive menu. We had brunch, eggs Benedict on an English muffin..This came with delicious 'home fries'. I had the crab cakes eggs Benedict. I would forego the crab cakes next time. The plates of pancakes going by me looked huge and delicious, topped with fresh berries. The apple juice is freshly made and good. Their lattés are very good. Firstly, my waffles were exceptionally delicious. The service was somewhat delayed, but this was understandable given the venue's usual busyness. Despite this, they accommodated us without the need for a reservation, which is commendable as many establishments require reservations. I ordered the cinnamon waffles with chicken wings, and the experience was truly remarkable; I highly recommend trying this combination. ☺️🤤
