I had the best wedding experience on June 7th, 2025 with Giando on the Water. The view is definitely the showstopper, providing truly amazing pictures. From the pre-meetings with Joe and Liz in person and on the phone, to the most attentive wait staff and bar servers, we couldn’t have asked for better. I’m really disappointed with the service we experienced. Throughout the night, it often felt like we were inconveniencing the staff rather than being welcomed guests. The overall service was lacking as the evening went on. It became noticeably slower, and less attentive. At one point, a waiter explicitly told me he couldn’t help me at all or do anything, yet later was able to take drink orders.
