All six of us loved the food here! It was so delicious. All clean plates. Even the kids enjoyed their food, especially the pickiest little eater who said 5 stars after finishing his last bite. The desserts were also delicious especially the pannacotta! Thank you Giardino 54 for the delicious food and service!
Steak was very flavorful, but it was very thin and small. Wish there was more. We had a large number of appetizers from the menu. All were unique and flavor well seasoned and flavorful, especially the meatballs. The zucchini flower app was delightful and surprisingly stole the show. I had never heard of an edible flower, Fiori di zucca, but the story with the flavor blew my mind. I was upset there was no chicken Parm on the menu of an Italian restaurant, but I guess that means it’s authentic.
Giardino 54 is a charming Italian restaurant and wine bar tucked away in Hell’s Kitchen—perfect for a cozy date night. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, especially in the back room, which feels like a little escape from the city. The food was fresh and delicious across the board, though the portion sizes were on the smaller side for the pricing - but nothing crazy for NYC. That said, the quality definitely made up for it.
