I’ve had consistently positive experiences at other Golden Krust locations, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. While the gentleman assisting us was welcoming and accommodating, the overall experience at this specific location was negatively impacted by poor customer service from other staff members. The interaction surrounding something as simple as pepper sauce and basic dining utensils set the tone. Initially, we were told pepper sauce was unavailable, only for it to late
Food is great as always. Packed around lunch time, so service suffers a bit, but still reasonably timely. Shady people. Trying to cut lines, or pressing up on you to try and make the line move faster...🤦🏽♂️
Very welcoming jamaican restaurant!!! Delicious jamaican patty, best in new york. Also saw a news crew stopping in during our visit!
