I used to love this location but I am not sure what is going on. We had the passionfruit green tea and within 10 minutes we were THROWING UP!!! I ran back to the reviews and someone else mentioned throwing up. TERRIBLE, STAY AWAY! To management, see my full receipt and find out what is going on. -100/10
I’ve regularly had Gong Cha years ago in the SF Bay Area and it was always top tier. I was excited to see this location and decided to go for my regular - milk tea with double-boba 30% sweet. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst boba teas I ever had. Flavorless and the bobas were dry and totally “off”. I couldn’t finish it. There are definitely quality control issues at this location. Avoid.
This is a newly opened GC store on first floor of Port Authority Bus Terminal. The store is take out only. Looks very clean and new. It has 2 self order kiosk. Cash orders are taken at the register. The menu has all the GC popular drinks. I saw the XL size for the first time. I received a free XL size upgrade coupon for my drink. I ordered the strawberry milk tea from the kiosk. Received a $1 off towards XL. I was not able to change the ice level. There was only one person working at the store
