I have seen this restaurant for some time but I never seem to be shopping at Essex Market after it opens. Luckily I mad it there yesterday and it was wonderful. There is only counter seating which at first seem surprisingly high till you get used to it. While you don’t get to watch the chef prepare your food when it’s presented there is a sense of wonder as several dishes are quite beautiful. We only preferred one appetizer and sushi but it was all delicious and I will be back to try more. Mu
Went after work with co-workers and had a great time. The staff and chef were very attentive and friendly. The omakase was incredible with a good variety of different fish that leaves you craving for more.
