If you want a nice setting and pleasant chitchat this place is not it. The staff is efficient but does not tolerate people who dillydally. This can be misconstrued as being rude and perhaps it's borderline but we've never had issues with the staff. Been here a few times now. The coconut buns are absolutely amazing. They cost about $1.30 and the taste is just incredible. The buns themselves are not too sweet but just sweet enough and the coconut cream inside is just delicious. I've gotten a few other things from here and the pastries are always good. Best bakery ever. I can't find a single place in flushing with these prices. The elderly lady that works there is kind and patient. She will let you know when shes ready for you if someone is ahead of you so in that time u can browse the giant selection of pasties available
