decent gym with old school equipment. Usually very peaceful cause not many members. Place caters to boxers so if you're there for bodybuilding, know it is a boxing gym not one with a ton of unusual equipment. place needs to do repairs more often and mix in some new equipment here or there but the biggest issue with this place are the awful hours of operation. theyre open for like 10 minutes on sundays and close relatively early every day of the week.
This gym is like the song “I’m blue” except, replace the blue with green. If you like the color green, you’ll love the gym! Literally everything is green. Jokes aside - this is what a gym should be. It’s personable, has a wide range of equipment to choose from, appeals to all types of gym-goers, has a lot of free weights and is incredibly spacious. Took advantage of the 3 day trial for $25. It was an amazing 3 days. I went to the gym between 9am-12pm, Sunday-Tuesday and the gym was EMPTY!!! Front desk staff has good energy. GYM MUSIC WAS GOOD!!! (which we know doesn’t happens often). One issue I had was in the women’s locker room. While it was very clean, the lockers had no option for you to put your own lock or the digital locks didn’t work. Overall a great gym space. It gives that “Haven/ Sanctuary” feel.
