Absolutely horrible. I ordered the New Yorker breakfast sandwich which is a baconeggncheese, what I got was a Mcdoanlds fake powdered egg perfect circle of death. The bacon too was fake, microwaved bacon. Nothing New York about this sandwich. Never going back. I literally took a bite and threw it away. Gross, I don’t understand how a business like this can serve such awful food.
It’s a shame that there’s no air conditioning in here, and I’m not even talking about for the customers. Yes, the food is good, the staff are exceptionally friendly, but the place is unbearably hot and thinking of the workers baking all day while they are baking all day infuriates me. Of course with the door open everyone gets to hear the construction across the street as well. Not a comfy environment. Apparently customers have even emailed “corporate” about these conditions but to no avail. Do
