My sister made a reservation for 2pm. We didn’t get seated until 4pm. We didn’t get our food until 5pm. My eggs and French toast was COLD!!! My mom’s gingerale was flat. I don’t understand how anyone can run an establishment and find this acceptable. How is this worth $60 per person ??? AND TO TOP IT OFF OUR APPETIZER DIDNT COME OUT UNTIL 5:37 pm !!!
I will never return to this place. The manager’s customer service is extremely poor, and it feels like they overcharge for everything. One of the biggest issues was the seating. Even after we were seated, our table was taken and given to another group with a reservation. Apparently, seating is not handled on a first-come, first-served basis, which was very frustrating. It's a vibe in here. Went for brunch. The food was good, service was good and the drinks and drink presentation were awesome. It was reasonably priced for two people. Will return. We went on Sunday and the road was blocked off due to a parade. That was a little frustrating in terms of driving and parking, but no big deal.
